The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy of the vasoactive tripeptide Vesugen in patients with vasculogenic erectile dysfunction as a manifestation of atherosclerosis. The treatment outcomes of erectile dysfunction in 41 patients were examined.
A comparative analysis of clinical and instrumental parameters of blood flow in the main arteries of the penis before and after monotherapy was carried out.
The results show that blood flow through the main artery of the penis improved significantly both clinically and by objective indicators after treatment with Vesugen.
